Lexi Drugs – now for the iPhone

The Lexi suite of applications is now available for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The publishers of arguably the most comprehensive drug database have now made available purchase of their references (which include more than drugs but also lab tests, clinical references etc.) via the iTunes store.

They are also arguably the most expensive of the pharma references out there but some may think the detailed information provided is worth it.

  1. Without any trial version (similar to skyscape’s)
    I’m hesitant to shell out $$$. And from screenshots
    provided it seems they have a really terrible use
    of valuable screen space, hope they have smaller
    less spacing FONTS option…

  2. It is pricey. At least mine is bundled with UpToDate.
