Which smartphone will own the healthcare market?

Chris Thorman of Softwareadvice.com recently held a survey to gauge smartphone use in the medical community. To see the results of the survey, go here. Its an interesting survey and my main criticism is that actual numbers were not published, only percentages. It would be interesting to see exactly how big the survey was, Chris.

A Brief Introduction to WebOS Application Development

I am still very much a noob in WebOS development but I can tell you it’s probably much easier than learning C++ or some other complex programming language.
With some help from experienced programmers, I’ve got PreMedi, the WebOS medical calculator, now up to v 0.61 with 6 modules. What I sorely lack is time otherwise [...]

My first medical app for the Palm Pre (III)

OncoPDA - development of a WebOS medical app (II)

The big news is that Palm released the WebOS SDK and anyone now can head over to developer.palm.com and download it. OncoPDA - development of a WebOS medical app

When I get my hands on a GSM Palm Pre, it’ll function as a replacement for my Palm Centro. I would like to “hit the floor running” so the common medical applications that I use should be available. Some can run in Classic including Haemoncrules.
Some of you might know that I have decided to stop [...]

The first medical app for the Palm Pre

Well somebody had to break the ice New apps are taking so long in coming to the App Store but the WebOS homebrew scene is fast growing.
So I decided to take the plunge and continue learning Javascript and picking up the basics of WebOS programming with the help and guidance of folks in [...]
