More suggestions for using Evernote

PDA equipped doctors should take a cue from Cris’s post on 20 ways Surgeons could use Evernote
I think a pda phone equipped with a camera would be the best tool for performing all the tasks Cris has listed.
Perhaps we should come up with “100 ways a PDA toting physician could use Evernote” post?

Haemoncrules Updated!

After almost a 2 year hiatus, I have updated Haemoncrules which is now version 2.3
I’ve added the WHO diagnostic criteria for ET and also update the existing ET and PV diagnostic criteria with the current PVSG ones.
