Links can end up going to nowhere. At least the formatting is pretty good. Yes some palm versions in past had weird formatting or flat out crashed. I'm an ID doc so I wanted to have something when I'm outside hospital and someone calls for advice (off course- can't easily answer phone and check electronic sanford guide simultaneously!) I really love the sanford guide (paper) but the electronic versions are a bit clunky. (compare to epocrates which I think is great and has evolved so much since early versions!)
